Srikiran Sonti

 Sri began his professional journey back in 2004 with a humble beginning as a team member when the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry was gathering steam in India. Sri began his career in e-Serve International Ltd which was acquired by Citigroup within a year. This captive back-office operations called Citigroup Global Services Ltd (CGSL) was then acquired by the Indian IT behemoth Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in 2008. 

After TCS, Sri joined various start-ups before embarking the entrepreneur journey.

During his corporate journey, Sri learned various frameworks of Business Process Management, US / UK mortgages, International fund transfers and nuances of Financial service industry at large.

With large companies, comes larger people management. Sri has had the opportunity to lead teams of 135+ direct FTEs reporting into him. This was followed by managing over 500 direct and indirect reportees. This included Vendor partnering, on-boarding and management.
